This rear chain guide protector is designed to two pieces for easy mounting without chain removal. Durable 3mm thick aluminum side plates are anodized and heat treated so that become much stronger than regular chain guide. The friction block is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and can be used for a long time.
