These anti-collision lights include 3 colors (red, green and white) and 3 modes (solid light, slow flashing and strobe flashing for each color). You could install them by velcro or fix them through rubber ring. Pressing and holding the button for two seconds, you could turn on/off the lights. When pressing the button normally, you could change the modes of the lights.
